Tobacco;

The use of tobacco is a contributory factor in heart disease, penile erectile dysfunction, cancer, and hypertension. The main cause is the effect which nicotine has upon the body's circulatory system. The components of nicotine have a significant impact on the free flow of blood through the arteries and veins.

Specifically, cigarettes have been found to be a significant factor in the symptoms of penile erectile dysfunction or impotence. Once in thirteen American males are reputed to suffer with this condition which essentially means the male has difficulty achieving or maintaining an erection. This can be due to inadequate blood in flow to the penis or to excessive blood out-flow to the penis. Inadequate inflow means difficulty in achieving the erection, while excessive blood out-flow means the erection cannot be maintained.

Tobacco smoke contains over 4000 chemicals, many of which, such as nicotine, tars, carbon monoxide and 1,3 butadiene, are known carcinogens. These chemicals have other impact upon the blood and circulatory system.

High blood pressure caused by smoking is often treated by medications which in turn increase the likelihood of impotence in the male taking the medicine. This is a double hit, because the smoking itself causes impotence in a significant number of the cases, while the medications typically prescribed for high blood pressure also include impotence as a typical side effect.



Alcohol;

The use of alcohol will have a harmful effect on sexual activity. A few drinks will probably reduce inhibitions about sexual activity but once the dosage goes beyond a blood alcohol content of .06, the sensation is reduced, causing temporary impotence. A blood alcohol level between .05 and .10 can be blamed for slower sexual arousal. The higher the blood alcohol level, the more harmful and longer lasting are the effects to the reproductive system.

The reduction of inhibitions can cause you to say or do inappropriate or boring things, which will also have a negative effect on the sexual partner.

Long term use of alcohol have have even more far reaching effects. Not only does the use of intoxicants affect the sexual performance, it has a definite tie to a number of debilitating diseases. Use of alcohol over a prolonged period can result in reduced testosterone levels in men. The results of this is breast enlargement and testicular shrinkage in men.

Clearly, the use of either or both of these harmful substances is contraindicated if you want to have a long and happy sex life. General good health of the body is best achieved by eliminating harmful substances from the body, or at least using them only in strict moderation.

Benefits Of Organic Food




With time and situation

so called pure food has also undergone many changes. The kind of foods which we used to consume some years back are now mixed with lots of chemicals to keep in tune with rising demands of the population.

The chemicals increase the quantity of the production and farmers are using these fertilizers to control pests and diseases of foods. The chemicals used to control pesticides are harmful for human bodies and these chemicals are directly consumed by human beings which in turn gives us quintal of diseases.

Therefore, one must know alternative foods to keep healthy. There is no solution to the chemicals that we consume everyday. According to the analysist girls attain puberty age at very earl period and this is concluded to associate with the chemicals used in foods and poultry farming.

Organic food is safe to consume and has got better health care. You can not trust ordinary foods these days, even the quality and test of fresh fruits and vegetables are no longer considered to be pure. We consume fruits which are supposedly known for all the vitamins and even this is also degraded. Organic food has got more nutrients, minerals and vitamins than intensive farming under chemicals.

Look at animals and its hormones and when these animals are killed for meat, the chemicals which is present in animals do not die so when we eat meat we are consuming the chemicals too. This in turn will hamper our health.

In order to avoid these side affects try to look out for the organic foods, they are common now unlike before. As every one is becoming health conscious so the growth of organic farming is increasing too and this will in turn yield more organic foods. Organic food is more healthy and the safest way to tackle your health problems.

*HATHA YOGA*




Yoga is a scientific system of physical and mental practices that originated in India more than three thousand years ago.
